What counts as a seat?
You choose how many seats to purchase and assign them to whichever org members you want from your billing settings. Seats aren't tied to GitHub org size and can be reassigned anytime.
Can I change my seat count or add-ons anytime?
Yes. Add or remove seats anytime from your billing settings, and volume pricing is applied automatically based on your seat count. Add-ons are purchased separately, per seat — buy as many or as few as you want, up to your total seat count.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can manage your plan, payment method, and invoices in-app or through their customer portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your billing settings with no penalty. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
